Board
The Board of Catholic Schools Broken Bay brings together distinguished leaders from across education, finance, governance, and pastoral life to guide the strategic direction of Catholic education in the Diocese.
Chaired by the Very Rev Dr David Ranson VG PP, Vicar General of the Diocese and Parish Priest of Our Lady of Dolours Chatswood, the Board reflects a deep commitment to faith, learning, and service. Dr Ranson is joined by Professor Sally Egan, an experienced education leader shaping national Catholic education strategy, Ian Saines, a senior executive with deep expertise in banking, investment, and governance, and Andrew Winarczyk, a finance and administration specialist currently serving the Diocese.
Together, the Board combines spiritual leadership with strategic, academic, and financial expertise - ensuring Catholic Schools Broken Bay continues to deliver exceptional education grounded in Catholic mission and values.
