Higher pay: Our latest four-year CSBB Enterprise Agreement provides salaries which are currently around 2% above the NSW Department of Education. Our EA is also underpinned by a guarantee our rates will be at least 1.5% above the NSW Department of Education into the future
More time: We provide every primary and secondary classroom teacher with Collaborative Coaching Time (CPT), in addition to the usual release from face-to-face. We have also introduced additional Staff Development Days plus further arrangements for teacher directed time throughout the year
Staff voice: Our Enterprise Agreement reflects our deep commitment to having systems in place which give our frontline staff a genuine voice in their work
Staff School Fee Discounts: Eligible staff receive a 25% discount on their children’s school fees at our schools, pro-rated to their FTE
Wellbeing Support: we provide a robust wellbeing program to ensure our staff thrive and grow.
Middle Leaders Program: we have a comprehensive program to develop leadership capacity, including for aspiring leaders of tomorrow
