At CSBB we strive to develop and strengthen our leaders within our system by supporting them with ongoing leadership development and collaborative sessions throughout the year.
Each school year in Term 3, we provide an opportunity for aspiring and experienced leaders to apply to our annual School Executive Leadership Expression of Interest. This is advertised internally and externally to invite those who are interested in becoming a system leader at CSBB.
Those who meet our criteria will be invited to join a first round zoom interview and also have an opportunity to experience our panel interview style for leadership.
Our CSBB School Executive Leadership roles include:
- School Principal
- College Principal
- Assistant Principal
- Assistant Principal – Student Achievement
- Assistant Principal – Evangelisation & Catechesis
- Religious Education Coordinator
