Early Career Teacher
Conditional accreditation (final year)
We have many teachers working across our CSBB schools with Conditional Accreditation, many completing final placements on a Waiver B and getting paid while on placement. CSBB also offers grants and scholarships for teachers as they complete their studies.
Graduate Teachers
All graduate teachers are part of our extensive and generous Early Career Teacher Support Program and are guided by highly skilled expert teachers who coach, guide and mentor our teachers during their critical early years.
Experience Teachers
Are supported through extensive and ongoing Professional Learning and Collaborative Coaching. Teachers can also access additional support programs such as the Middle Leaders Program, Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher Networks and workshops to progress their career and sphere of influence.
Middle Leaders
Across our network of schools there are opportunities for teachers to develop their skills and progress into Middle Leader positions. CSBB launched in 2025 an extensive Middle Leaders Program for current and aspiring leaders covering a range of Modules to support them in their role; including Coaching, Professional Conversation, Behaviour Management, Learning Diversity and elective modules giving participants individual choice.
Senior Leadership / School Executive
CSBB have open Talent recruitment for school leadership positions each year and use talent pools to appoint outstanding leaders to positions. They join a highly effective team of senior leaders across our 45 schools.
